Ticket Jobs Follow-Up List

Use Ticket Jobs Follow-Up List under Finance & Administration to view and manage support tickets in WorkBook.

To use the Ticket Jobs Follow-Up List submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

If your WorkBook company has support ticket handling enabled via Settings, all invoiced items that were specified to handle support tickets on jobs will be displayed in the Ticket Jobs Follow-Up List submodule.

Before you can use the support ticket handling feature, you must enable system variable 792 in Settings > Global System Settings > System Variables. Once this system variable is enabled, the Support Ticket Jobs option becomes available in the Finance tab of the Create New Job dialog box.

As with most WorkBook submodules, you can always use the Search field to find specific ticket job records.
