Toggle Active State of Resources

Use the Resource Approval submodule to toggle the active state of resources.

To use the Resource Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To toggle the active state of a resource:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Resource Approval.
3. On the grid toolbar, click 10 - Under preparation .
4. Highlight the resource that you want to toggle the active state of and click Toggle resource active state .
5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
