Transfer the Total Amount of Price Quote Material Calculations to Price Lines

Use the Price or Materials submodule to transfer the total amount of price quote material calculations of selected jobs to price lines.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To use the Materials submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To transfer the total amount of a price quote material calculation to a price line:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote material calculation whose total amount you want to transfer to a price line.
3. Take one of the following actions:
   • On the side toolbar, click Price and click the Material Calculation tab.
   • On the side toolbar, click Materials.
4. Use the drop-down list to select the material calculation whose total amount you want to transfer to a price line.
5. Click Transfer total amount to price lines .
6. In the Transfer Material Calculation Amount dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the invoice or price quote that you want to transfer the material calculation amount to and select the costs that you want to insert and the method that you want to use.
7. Click OK.
