Unlink a ConceptShare Project from a WorkBook Job

Use the Reviews submodule to unlink a ConceptShare Project from a job. Once unlinked, the job can be linked to a different Project.

To use the Reviews submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To unlink a Project from a job:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Jobs List and highlight the job that is linked to the ConceptShare Project that you want to unlink.
3. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Reviews.
4. On the Reviews Grid, click the Grid Actions Menu > Remove Project Link.
5. When prompted for confirmation, click Delete.
