Update All Entries with Job Adjustment Approvers

Use the Job Adjustment Approval submodule to update all entries with job adjustment approvers.

To use the Job Adjustment Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To update all entries with job adjustment approvers:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the entries that you want to update with job adjustment approvers.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Job Adjustment Approval.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Update All Entries with Approvers .
  5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
