Update Client Group Dimension for All Jobs

Use the Groups Setup tab under the Client Groups submodule to update client group dimensions for all jobs.

To use the Client Groups submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To update the client group dimension for all jobs:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the client group dimension that you want to update for all jobs.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Dimensions > Client Groups.
  4. Click the Groups Setup tab.
  5. Highlight the client group whose dimension you want to update for all jobs and click Apply as dimensions value on jobs .
  6. In the Apply as Dimensions Value on Jobs dialog box, double check the selected scope and if no changes are needed, click OK.
  7. In the confirmation dialog box, click Continue anyway.
    Note: This action cannot be reversed.
