Update Company Job Dimensions

Use the Multi update tab under the Job dimension update submodule to update company job dimensions.

To use the Job Dimension update submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To update a company job dimension:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the job dimension that you want to update.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Export, import & maintenance > Job dimension update.
  4. Click the Multi update tab.
  5. Use the corresponding selectors and drop-down lists to select the applicable options for the different job dimensions.
  6. If applicable, select the Overwrite existing dimension value on job and Remove existing dimension value if no default selected check boxes.
  7. Click Update.
