Update Cost and Sales Rates of Price Quote Material Calculations Based on Price Lists

Use the Price or Materials submodule to update the cost and sales rates of price quote material calculations of selected jobs based on approved price lists.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To use the Materials submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To update the cost and sales rates of a price quote material calculation based on an approved price list:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote material calculation whose cost and sales rates you want to update based on an approved price list.
3. Take one of the following actions:
   • On the side toolbar, click Price and click the Material Calculation tab.
   • On the side toolbar, click Materials.
4. Use the drop-down list to select the material calculation whose cost and sales rates you want to update based on an approved price list.
5. Click Update cost and sales rates according to price list .
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
