Update Job Status Notes of Jobs
Use the Job Settings option under the Jobs List submodule or the Settings submodule to update job status notes.
To use the Jobs List submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To use the Settings submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To update the status notes of a job:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.
- On the side toolbar, click Jobs List.
- Highlight the job whose status notes you want to update.

Take one of the following actions:
- Click
Further options
and select View job settings.
- On the grid toolbar, click
Job properties sidebar
.
- On the side toolbar, click Settings.
- Click
Further options

On the side toolbar of the right pane, click
Job status
and update the status notes and other fields, as necessary.
