Update Price Quotes Based on Job Price Lists

Use the Price submodule to update price quotes based on job price lists.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To update a price quote based on a job price list:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote that you want to update based on a job price list.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote that you want to update based on a job price list.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to update based on a job price list.
   Note: You can only update a price quote that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.
5. Click the Lines tab.
6. If you are currently in the Gantt view, click .
7. Click Update the prices according to the job's price list .
8. In the Update the Price Quote According to the Job's Price list dialog box, select the values and additional configuration that you want to update.
9. Click OK.
