Define a Company's Job Folder and Storage Provider Settings
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can modify the settings for a company's job folders and change its storage provider in Resources. You can also modify these settings in the company card in .
Note:  You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task. 
	 
 
	 To define a company's job folder and storage provider settings:

		  On the main toolbar, click 
			 Resources 
			 
. 
		   
		 -  
		  On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon 
			 
, select 
			 Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu. 
		   
		 -  
		  Select the company whose job folder and storage provider settings you want to modify by completing any of the following actions: 
		   
		  
- In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the company, then select it from the grid.
 - Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Company as your filter, and select the company from the grid.
 
 -  
		  On the grid toolbar, click 
			 Resource Information 
			 
/
 to display the company card. 
		   
		 - On the side toolbar of the company card, click .
 - Update the job folder and storage provider settings as needed.
