Upload Files to Job Document Folders

Use the Docs submodule to upload files to document folders of selected jobs.

To use the Docs submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To upload a file to a job document folder:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the document folder that you want to upload a file to.
  3. On the side toolbar, click Docs.
  4. In the left pane, highlight the document folder where you want to upload the file.
  5. In the right pane, click Upload file . Browse for the file that you want to upload and click Open.
    Alternatively, drag the file that you want to upload to the right pane.
