Use the Ticket Quick Create submodule to upload a briefing for quick ticket templates. 
  
 
	  
		To use the Ticket Quick Create submodule, you must have access to 
		Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under 
		Settings. 
	 
 
	  
 
	  
		To upload a briefing for a quick ticket template:

		  On the main toolbar, click 
			 Settings 
			  . .

		  If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the quick ticket template that you want to upload a briefing for.

		  In the left pane of the Settings screen, click 
			 .

		  Highlight the quick ticket template that you want to upload a briefing for and on the grid toolbar, click 
			 Default briefings 
			  . .

		  On the toolbar of the right pane, click 
			 Upload a briefing 
			  and open the briefing file that you want to upload. and open the briefing file that you want to upload. 
			 Note: Only one briefing at a time can be uploaded per quick ticket template.
