View Jobs in Progress from CRM

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can view the work-in-progress (WIP) amounts and 12-month payment forecasts for jobs in progress. These are the pipelines that have been converted into jobs.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To view jobs in progress from CRM:

1. On the main toolbar, click CRM .
2. In the left navigation pane, click 12-Month Summary Forecast.
3. Click the Jobs in Progress tab.
   WorkBook displays the jobs in progress.
   You can use filters to refine the information displayed.
