View Prospect/Client Contact Conversations

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can view prospect/client contact conversations.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To view prospect/client contact conversations:

  1. Display the contact card. See Display the Contact Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the contact card, click Resource-related Items .
  3. On the top toolbar of the contact card, click the View Conversations This Resource is On tab.
  4. To view conversations that you started where the selected contact is also a participant, select User is Author.
  5. Click the conversation that you want to view.
  6. To join a conversation, use the Comment field in the right pane of the contact card.
    • Public: the conversation is visible to all companies in WorkBook and their employees.
    • Private: the conversation is visible only to the selected company and its employees.
