Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can view resource contact tasks in 
	 Resources. Alternatively, you can view prospect/client contact tasks in 
	 CRM. 
	  
  
 
	  
		Note:  You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task. 
	 
 
	  
 
	  
		To view the tasks that a resource contact is on: 
		
 
	 
 
	 -  
		  On the main toolbar, click 
			 Resources 
			 
.

		  On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon 
			 
, select 
			 Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.

		  Select the resource associated with the contact whose tasks you want to view by completing any of the following actions: 
		   
		  
 
			 - In the 
				Search in Grid field, enter the name of the resource, then select it from the grid. 
			 
 
 
			 - Click the 
				Filter field next to the 
				Search in Grid field, select the resource type as your filter, and select the resource from the grid. For example, you can use 
				Clients as the filter and then select the client name from the grid.

		  On the grid toolbar, click 
			 Resource Information

		  On the side toolbar of the resource information card, click 
			 Contacts

		  Click the initials of the contact to display the contact card or click 
			 Toggle Resource Card 
			 
 on the top toolbar of the resource information card.

		  On the side toolbar of the contact card, click 
			 Resource-related Items

		  On the top toolbar of the contact card, click the View Tasks This Resource is On tab.

		  To view open and closed tasks, select 
			 Both.

		  To view task conversations that you started where the selected contact is also a participant, select 
			 User is Author.

		  Select a task to display its task card. 
		   
		  
To display the task card on a new tab on your browser, click 
			 
Open Task Card on New Tab 
			 
 on the top toolbar of the task card.
