View Job Team Settings

Use the Tasks submodule to view job team settings.

To use the Tasks submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To view task job team settings:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Jobs List and highlight the job associated with the team settings you want to view.
  3. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Tasks.
  4. On the Tasks screen, click the Tasks tab.
  5. In the grid, highlight the task whose job team settings you want to view and click Booked Resources on the tab toolbar.
  6. In the bottom grid, highlight a resource and click Context Menu > Job Team Settings.
    WorkBook displays the information in the right pane of the bottom grid.
