View Standard Texts Based on Language

Use the Standard Texts submodule to view standard texts based on language.

To use the Standard Texts submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To display standard texts based on language:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the standard texts that you want to display based on language.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Standard Texts.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the the drop-down list to select the language of the standard texts that you want to view.
5. If you want to reset the displayed standard texts, hover over the drop-down list and click on X.
