Use the Calendar submodule to view the tasks allocated to a specific resource in a calendar view. 
	
 
		 
			To use the Calendar submodule, you must have access to 
		Scheduling as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under 
		Settings. 
	 
 
		 
 
		 
			To view the allocated tasks of resources:

		  On the main toolbar, click 
			 Scheduling

		  On the side toolbar of the Scheduling screen, click

				To view the allocated tasks of one or more resources, click 
					Filter 
						
.

				In the Filter dialog box, select the filters that you want to use and click 
					Apply. 
				 
				
Workbook displays the results in the grid.

				Click the booking to view details such as associated job, Project Manager, schedule, phase, task period, priority, booking approval, hours allocated, hours used, booking approval status, and resources that are booked for the task.
