View a Client's Changelogs

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can view the changes made to the client settings over certain periods by displaying the client's changelogs in Resources.

Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.

To view a client's changelogs:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Resources .
  2. On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon , select Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the client whose changelogs you want to view by completing any of the following actions:
    • In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the client, then select it from the grid.
    • Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Clients as your filter, and select the client from the grid.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Resource Information / to display the client card.
  5. On the side toolbar of the resource information card, click Client Settings > Changelog.
  6. Use the date fields on the top toolbar of the client card to enter a date range.
    WorkBook displays the changelogs for the date range you entered.
