View or Update Information About Suppliers, Competitors, Connections, and Related Resources

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can update information about suppliers, competitors, connections, and related resources in Resources.

Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.

To view or update information about suppliers, competitors, connections, and related resources:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Resources .
  2. On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon , select Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the resource whose information you want to view or modify by completing any of the following actions:
    • In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the resource, then select it from the grid.
    • Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select the resource type as your filter, and select the resource from the grid. For example, you can use Suppliers as the filter and then select the supplier name from the grid.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Resource Information /.
  5. On the side toolbar of the resource information card, click Information .
  6. Update the resource information as needed.
