View or Update Prospect/Client Information

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can modify prospect/client information from the prospect card. This includes the prospect name, address, contact information, primary contact, and the employee responsible for the prospect.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To view or update prospect/client information:

  1. Display the prospect card. See Display the Prospect Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the prospect card, click Information .
  3. Update prospect/client information as needed.
