View or Update an Employee's Login Settings

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can view or modify the login and company-access settings for employees in Resources. These settings include the LDAP options, domain login name, and password.

Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.

To view or update an employee's login settings:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Resources .
  2. On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon , select Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the employee whose login settings you want to view or modify by completing any of the following actions:
    • In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the employee, then select it from the grid.
    • Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Employees as your filter, and select the employee from the grid.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Resource Information / to display the employee card.
  5. On the side toolbar of the employee card, click Settings > Login Settings.
  6. Update the employee's login and company-access settings as needed.
  7. To reset the employee's password, click Reset Password and Email It to the User.
