Procedures
Use these procedures for entering, updating, and submitting expense report data.
- Open an Expense Report
Use the My Expense Reports panel to access your expense reports. - Enter Expense Report Data Overview
You can enter, copy, and delete data on your expense report. - Submit an Expense Report
When you have completed an expense report, you can submit it to a designated administrator for approval. You can submit an expense report at any time, but it is best to submit after you have entered all of the expense items incurred. - Override the Currency or Exchange Rate
If you use the Vision Multicurrency feature and your expense report is editable, you can use the Currency Override dialog box to select a different currency or exchange override rate for an item on your expense report. - Print an Expense Report
You can print an expense report at any time. - Expense Reports and Receipts
If Vision is configured to allow you to upload and attach documents to certain types of transactions, you have the option to attach receipts to Navigator Expense Reports.
