Use the WorkBook Inbox to add links to comments in conversations.
To use Inbox, you must have access to
Inbox as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To add a link to a comment in a conversation:

On the main toolbar, click
Inbox
.

On the Inbox sidebar, select the conversation that has a comment to which you want to add a link—or to which you want to add a comment that includes a link—and in the right pane, enter your comment in the
Type a Comment or Drag Files Here field.

Click
.

In the Add New Link dialog box, enter the link title and the link that you want to add to your comment and click
OK.

Click
Publish or
Private.
WorkBook displays the comment and the link.
