Add a Location for Mileage Entry

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can add a location in Cost Entry and use it as the start or end location for mileage entry. Alternatively, you can add locations for mileage entry in Time & Expense.

Note: To complete this task, you must have access to Finance & Administration and Time & Expense as defined in the Employee Cross-Company submodule under Settings.

To add a location for mileage entry:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Cost Entry > Mileage Entry.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Add Location .
  4. In the Add Location dialog box, enter the location name and address.
  5. Click OK.
    You can now use the new location as the start or end location for mileage entry on the Mileage Details tab of the Mileage Entry pane.
