Add New Default Phases

Use the Price submodule to add new default phases that can be inserted to price quotes of selected jobs. New default phases can be added from any job or price quote and will still be available across all jobs, price quotes, and invoices.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new default phase:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar, click Price .
  3. Click the Phases tab.
  4. Click Insert Default Phase(s) .
  5. In the Add Default Phases dialog box, click Add a New Default Phase .
  6. Click Close
