Insert Default Phases to Price Quotes

Use the Price submodule to insert default phases to price quotes of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To insert a default phase to a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote that you want to insert a default phase to.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote that you want to insert a default phase to.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to insert a default phase to.
   Note: You can only insert phases to a price quote that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.
5. Click the Phases tab.
6. Click Insert default phase(s) .
7. In the Add Default Phases dialog box, hover over the right side of the default phase that you want to insert to the price quote and click Add this phase .
8. Click Close
9. You can edit the different fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
   Note: This is applicable for all the fields except the Amount field.
