Add New Phases to Price Quotes

Use the Price submodule to add new phases to price quotes of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a new phase to a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote that you want to add a new phase to.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote that you want to add a new phase to.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to add a new phase to.
   Note: You can only add phases to a price quote that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.
5. Click the Phases tab.
6. Click Add a new phase .
7. You can edit the different fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
   Note: This is applicable for all the fields except the Amount field.
