Add an Existing Task to a Sprint

Use the Scrum Board submodule to add an existing task to a sprint.

To use the Scrum Board submodule, you must have access to Scheduling as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a task to a sprint:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Scheduling .
  2. On the side toolbar of the Scheduling screen, click Schedule Overview > Scrum Board.
  3. Click the Scrum Sprint Overview tab.
  4. On the tab toolbar, click Filter
  5. In the Filter dialog box, select the filters that you want to use and click Apply.
    When selected or cleared, the filters are applied automatically.
  6. On the tab toolbar, select a sprint from the drop-down menu.
  7. In the grid, drag the specific task to your preferred sprint.
  8. To add multiple tasks, press the CTRL key and select the tasks, then drag them to your preferred sprint.
