Clean Up Conversation Lists

Use the WorkBook Inbox to clean up conversation lists.

To use Inbox, you must have access to Inbox as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To clean up conversation lists:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Inbox .
  2. On the Inbox sidebar toolbar, click Clean Up Conversation List .
  3. In the Clean Up Conversation List dialog box, specify the required information and click OK

    Alternatively, on the Inbox sidebar, click the Context Menu , and select Clean Up Conversation List.
