Convert Conversation to Task or Ticket Dialog Box

Use this information to specify the details of your task or ticket.

Field / Option Description
Task Name Specify the task name.
Job Select the job to associate with the task.
Task Deadline Select a deadline for the task.
Priority Select a priority.
Add Subscribed Employees to Task Select this option to add currently subscribed employees to the task.
Create as Ticket Select this option to create the conversation as a ticket.
