Create Invoice and Email

Use Subscription Agreements Ready for Billing to create invoice and update other users of the action by email.

To use the Subscription Agreements Ready for Billing submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To create invoice and email:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you want to create invoices.
  3. In the Finance & Administrator left side panel, click Administrative Follow-up > Subscription Agreements Ready.
  4. Highlight an item and click Create Invoice and Email from the toolbar.
