Deactivate or Activate Prospects and Clients

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can deactivate or activate prospects and clients in CRM. You cannot deactivate prospects and clients that have open jobs. Alternatively, you can deactivate or activate prospects and clients in Resources.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To deactivate or activate a prospect or client:

  1. On the main toolbar, click CRM .
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Clients & Prospects List.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Show/Hide Prospect Card to display the prospect card, if it is not already displayed.
  4. In the grid, select the prospect or client that you want to deactivate or activate.
    Inactive prospects and clients are marked with in their prospect cards.
  5. On the grid toolbar, click Deactivate/Activate Selected Resource .
