Use the WorkBook Inbox to delete comments from conversations.
To use Inbox, you must have access to
Inbox as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To delete comments from conversations:

On the main toolbar, click
Inbox
.

On the Inbox sidebar, select the item that contains the conversation that you want to delete.

In the conversation pane, right-click the comment that you want to delete and select
Delete Comment.
Administrators can delete all comments. Non-administrator users can only delete their own comments.
