Delete Phases from Price Quotes

Use the Price submodule to delete phases from price quotes of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete a phase from a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote that you want to delete a phase from.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote that you want to delete a phase from.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to delete a phase from.
   Note: You can only delete phases of a price quote that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.
5. Click the Phases tab.
6. Highlight the phase that you want to delete and click Delete selected phase(s) .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the phase at once.
