Delete Saved Filters from CRM Activities for Follow-up

Use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule to delete saved filters for CRM activities for follow-up.

To use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete a saved filter for CRM activities for follow-up:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > CRM Activities for Follow-up.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Open activity filter .
  4. In the Pipeline Activity Filter dialog box, use the Last used filter drop-down list to select the filter that you want to delete.
  5. Click Organize filters and select Delete current filter.
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the saved filter at once.
  6. Click Close .
