Create New Conversation Dialog Box

Use this information to specify conversation details.

Field / Option	Description
Comment Type	Enter a comment and / or select from the following actions: Attach Files to Your Comment Record an Audio Message Add Links to Your Comment Insert an Emoji Icon
Conversation Type	Select a conversation type.
Select Employees or Groups of Employees	Select one or more employees to add to the conversation.
Select Client Contacts	Select one or more client contacts to add to the conversation.
