Display Prospect Cards of CRM Activities for Follow-up

Use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule to display prospect cards of CRM activities for follow-up.

To use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To display the prospect card of a CRM activity for follow-up:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > CRM Activities for Follow-up.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Show/hide prospect card .
  4. You can view the prospect card in the bottom grid and manage client-and prospect-related information and activities.
