Edit and Save Existing Filters for CRM Activities for Follow-up
Use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule to edit and save existing filters for CRM activities for follow-up.
To use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To edit and save an existing filter for CRM activities for follow-up:

On the main toolbar, click
Tasks
.
- In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click .

On the grid toolbar, click
Open activity filter
.
- In the Pipeline Activity Filter dialog box, use the Last used filter drop-down list to select the filter that you want to edit and select or unselect filters as applicable.

Click
Organize filters
and select Save current filter.

Click
Close
