Use the Job settings option under the Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up submodule to edit your latest comment in job conversations. 
  
 
	  
		To use the Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-up submodule, you must have access to 
		Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under 
		Settings. 
	 
 
	  
 
	  
		To edit your latest comment in a job conversation: 
		
 
	 
 
	 -  
		  On the main toolbar, click 
			 Finance & Administration 
			 
.

		  If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the job conversation where you want to edit your latest comment.

		  In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click 
			 .

		  Highlight the job of the conversation where you want to edit your latest comment and on the grid toolbar, click 
			 Job settings 
			 
.

		  Click the Chat 
			 
 tab and on the toolbar of the left pane, use the drop-down list to select the applicable category of the conversation where you want to edit your latest comment.

		  Highlight the conversation where you want to edit your latest comment.

		  In the right pane, hover over your latest comment and click 
			 Edit comment 
			 
.

		  In the 
			 Type a comment or drag files here field, make the necessary edits on the comment and click 
			 Cancel, 
			 Delete, 
			 Publish, or 
			 Private, as applicable. 
		   
		  
The edits will reflect on your latest comment in the conversation.
