Fields and Options Use the fields and options on the windows and dialog boxes of the Chart of Accounts submodule to define and manage accounts. List Tab The List tab provides three views of the Chart of Accounts. You access these views via the drop-down list on the right end of the tab's grid toolbar. The List tab displays the General Ledger Balance view by default. Account Statement Tab The Account Statement tab displays all of the transactions that are related to an account. Change Log Tab All changes to the Chart of Accounts setup are logged. You can view them on the Change Log tab. Finance Account Conversation Tab The Finance Account Conversation tab enables you to have conversations about an account that you select on the Chart of Accounts submodule's List tab. You can use normal conversation features, such as dragging and dropping a file into the conversation. Finance Account Sidebar Use the Finance Account Sidebar to assign or change the values of finance account related settings.
