Get the Deep Link to a Conversation

Use the WorkBook Inbox to get the deep link to a conversation.

To use Inbox, you must have access to Inbox as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To get the deep link to a conversation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Inbox .
2. On the Inbox sidebar, select the item that contains the conversation that you want to get the deep link of.
3. Right-click the conversation and select Get Deep Link to Conversation.
   Alternatively, click Conversation Options and select Get Deep Link to Conversation.
