Hide Comments in Conversations

Use the WorkBook Inbox to hide comments in conversations.

To use Inbox, you must have access to Inbox as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To hide comments in conversations:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Inbox .
  2. On the Inbox sidebar, select the conversation/item containing the comment that you want to hide.
  3. In the grid, right-click the comment that you want to hide and select Hide this Comment.
    WorkBook hides the comment from portal users' view but it will remain visible to you. To hide hidden comments from your view, right-click any one of your hidden comments and select Hide Hidden Comments.
