Hide Comments in Conversations

Use the WorkBook Inbox to hide comments in conversations.

To use Inbox, you must have access to Inbox as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To hide comments in conversations:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Inbox .
  2. On the Inbox sidebar, select the conversation/item that contains the comment that you want to hide.
  3. In the grid, right-click the comment that you want to hide and select Hide this Comment.
    WorkBook hides the comment from other users' view, but it remains visible to you. To hide hidden comments from your view, right-click any of your hidden comments and select Hide Hidden Comments.
