Manage Client Jobs

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can create and manage jobs for specific clients in Resources. If you want to view all jobs for your company, go to Jobs. You can also create and manage client jobs in Jobs.

Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.

To manage jobs for a client:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Resources .
  2. On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon , select Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the client whose jobs you want to manage by completing any of the following actions:
    • In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the resource, then select it from the grid.
    • Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Clients as your filter, and select the client from the grid.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Resource Information / to display the resource information card.
  5. On the side toolbar of the resource information card, click Client Jobs .
  6. Use the job card to manage client jobs.
