Manage Prospect/Client Conversations

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can manage prospect/client conversations by deleting or marking them as favorites, adding conversation participants, editing subscription settings, adding reminders, and sending document attachments to conversation participants for their approvals.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To manage a prospect and client conversation:

  1. Display the prospect card. See Display the Prospect Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the prospect card, click Conversation .
  3. In the left pane of the prospect card, select a conversation.
  4. In the right pane of the prospect card, click .
    You can perform the following tasks to manage the conversation:
    • Unsubscribe
    • Add User to Conversation
    • Favorite
    • Get Deep Link to Conversation
    • Show in Inbox
    • Add Reminder
    • Subscriber Settings
    • Clean Up Resources
    • Send Attachments for Document Approval
    • Delete Conversation
  5. To add tags, click Add Tag in the right pane of the prospect card.
