Mark a Conversation as Favorite

Use the WorkBook Inbox to mark a conversation as favorite.

To use Inbox, you must have access to Inbox as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To mark a conversation as favorite:

1. On the main toolbar, click Inbox .
2. On the Inbox sidebar, select the item that contains the conversation that you want to mark as favorite.
3. Right-click the conversation and select Favorite.
   Alternatively, click Conversation Options and select Favorite.
