Mark a Conversation as Unread

Use the WorkBook Inbox to mark a conversation as unread.

To use Inbox, you must have access to Inbox as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To mark a conversation as unread:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Inbox .
  2. On the Inbox sidebar, select the item that contains the conversation that you want to add mark as unread.
  3. Right-click the conversation and select Mark as Unread.
    Alternatively, in the conversation pane, click Conversation Options and select Mark as Unread.
