Modify Subscriber Settings of Job Conversations
Use the Job settings option under the Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up submodule to modify subscriber settings of job conversations.
To use the Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To modify the subscriber settings of a job conversation:

		  On the main toolbar, click 
			 Finance & Administration 
			 
. 
		   
		 - If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the job conversation that you want to the modify subscriber settings of.
 - In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click .

		  Highlight the job of the conversation whose subscriber settings you want to modify and on the grid toolbar, click 
			 Job settings 
			 
. 
		   
		 -  
		  Click the Chat 
			 
 tab and on the toolbar of the left pane, use the drop-down list to select the applicable category of the conversation whose subscriber settings you want to modify. 
		   
		 - Highlight the conversation whose subscriber settings you want to modify.

		  In the right pane, click 
			 Show the conversation options 
			 
 and select 
			 Subscriber settings. 
		   
		 - In the Subscriber settings dialog box, you can unsubscribe users, determine if the conversation will be shown in a user's inbox, and send a user a link to the conversation. You can also make the conversation private, restrict invite permission, lock the conversation, and pin the conversation.
 - After making the necessary modifications, click OK.
