Remove Price Quote Approvers

Use the Price submodule to remove approvers from price quotes of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To remove an approver from a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote that you want to remove an approver from.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote that you want to remove an approver from.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to remove an approver from.
5. Click the Approval tab.
6. Highlight the approver that you want to remove and click Remove selected approver .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the price quote approver at once.
